Sponsored Residential Care

The main service that Traditional Care Services provides is helping to match our certified sponsored care providers with intellectually disabled adults. Our program does research and works closely with families, case workers/coordinators, and the individual to find the perfect match. And once the match is made the process begins to move the individual in with the sponsor provider, ultimately becoming a part of their family. But our job isn’t over there. Traditional Care Services will continue to be a part of the process, checking in on sponsors and individuals on a weekly basis to make sure things are going smoothly. TCS only works with individuals who are 18 and over. And sponsor providers receive a stipend for their services.

In-Home Care

In addition to live-in residential care, Traditional Care Services also offers in-home care for individuals. Similarly to sponsored residential services, our in-home care service matches an individual with one of our certified Direct Support Professionals after research and communicating with all involved parties. Then the matched certified DSP will travel to the individual’s home and provide care, activities, and an enriching environment for a set scheduled time daily.

Community Engagement & Community Coaching

Another popular service that TCS provides is what we call community engagement and community coaching. This is when a matched Direct Support Profession will travel to their matched individuals home and take them on scheduled activities around town and outside for the afternoon. Our individuals may enjoy outings to to various places including the movie theater, museums, community centers, sports complexes, the mall, and many other fun locations! All of our scheduled activities and trip plans are posted on our event calendar in advance.
