Traditional Care Services, LLC is accepting applications from qualified individuals who seek to join our organization as a Direct Support Professional.  Our DSPs are dedicated professionals who provide in-home support for adults with intellectual disabilities for a set scheduled time each day.  Sometimes referred to as “day support,” our DSPs provide care, activities and an enriching environment for those they serve.  Traditional Care Services undertakes extensive research and communication, in order to match our DSPs effectively.

As an employee/sponsor for Traditional Care Services, your training and certifications will always be paid for and you will always be treated with respect. Become a Direct Support Professional and make a difference in the life of an intellectually disabled adult while also receiving a stipend for your services.

Sponsor Providers and DSPs must have had a year of experience working with this population.
