Traditional Care Services, LLC is an organization that provides sponsored residential & community engagement/community coaching services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Richmond and in the Hampton Roads/Tidewater area of Virginia.  At Traditional Care Services we are committed to fostering compassion and improving tomorrow for those with mental disabilities. We are also committed to enhancing lives of individual’s that enter into the program by respecting and acknowledging their good life.

Are you or a family member interested in working for TCS or joining one of our sponsor programs? We are always looking for caring and passionate individuals to join our team. As an employee/sponsor for Traditional Care Services your training and certifications will always be paid for and you will always be treated with respect. Become a Sponsor or Direct Service Professional and make a difference in the life of an intellectually disabled adult while also receiving a stipend for your services. Sponsor Providers/DSP’s must have had a year of experience working with this population. And Residential Sponsor homes must pass inspection and all occupants must be background checked and fingerprinted.
