Traditional Care Services is a leading Virginia human services agency with the primary goal of matching certified sponsored care providers with adults with intellectual disabilities. With conveniently based operations in Richmond and Hampton, we have extensive resources and are uniquely positioned to be of serve. We’ll guide you through the process and work with your local human services coordinator to make this match. The sponsor provider lives with the individual, providing them with in-home residential care and ultimately becoming a part of their family. For their services, sponsor providers are given a stipend.

Opened in 2014 by Tamico Priester, TCS aims to be different from other similar matching agencies with the simple philosophy of treating our employees, sponsors, and sponsored individuals like family. After many years of working in the healthcare field, specifically the mental health area and individuals on the Autism Spectrum, Tamico decided she wanted to provide a warmer experience for everyone involved in the process. And so with her husband James, Tamico founded Traditional Care Services. And today TCS has 26 sponsor providers all caring for at least one individual.
